The U.S. Permanent Participants Support funding is issued to AIA to support of all four United States Permanent Participants (PP’s); They are Arctic Athabascan Council (AAC), Gwich’in Council International (GCI), Inuit Circumpolar Council (ICC) and Aleut International Association (AIA).
